i used to be for 12 years before i decided to try the instictive diet 14
years ago .In that context i could not ignore my attraction to eat meat ,
despite my previouslly held beliefs .
And do you have friends and/or

Yes it have been a pattern . EVen when i was living in France where there is
many who eat that way ( relativelly speaking) i started this diet on my own
in a remote village of the pyrennes, too far for being able to enjoy the
services of the "instincto" coop who deliver undenatured foods to europeans
.It helped me in fact to look for what undenatured foods were available in
my environment , learned about wild plants. wild animals . Same thing
happenned when i moved to the west coast of canada ,i was among a handfull
of peoples in all north america who ever heard of that diet .I had to learn
to get undenatured foods directlly from my environment, or what was left of
them in stores in north america .( so little few at the time ). Me feeling
lonelly and isolated goes also me being able to have radical different
choices from the rest of the familly or the rest of the world and stay
strong in it ( harder than i imagined as i learned ).
Now i share this diet with my 2 childrens.

I have a dilemma , my wife got convinced that we needed to kill the ants in
our house as 2 differents friends of her have to take apart their
respective houses because of the damage they have done. ...I found so
practical to be on the coach reading to my children while harvesting those
huge winged ants crawling on us ...... ( the season for them to fly away
from the nest ).
