Yes, it would be nice to see the variations and individual, but unfortunately I
don't know any more than what's in the passage.  You can find a complete
Bibliography in the back of Cordain's book, though.  However, there are no
footnotes to link up which passages come from which references, so you have to
guess based on the title of the references, which is a pain....
