About forwarding the article to Loren Cordain, you can do that
yourself.  Just go to ThePalodiet.com, his personal website, and use his
email address to do so, if you think it's appropritate.  I doubt anyone
on this list can do so as a personal friend of his.

As to my view: It sounds convincing, and certainly anti-nutrients in
beans vary with the bean, and their effects vary with the consumer.
Maybe the benefits of eating beans outweigh their drawbacks, at least
for some people and some beans.  I will caution against eating tofu,
though; tempeh is much better if you're going to consume soy.
