Hi Mary
Search Thomas Seyfried "Role of Glucose and ketones"
British Journal of Cancer
More important I think is the earlier posted
"Meal frequency and size"showing increased ketones
and lower blood glucose from interrmitted fasting
than calorie resriction. It also disputes "glucose
dependent IGF-1".If high ketones, low glucose is the
key, IF is the way to go.
Interesting that ketogenic diet unresricted still
kept glucose high enough.Deep ketosis is the key.
Has been my experience.Just an opinion though.
Good Luck
BM
