Perhaps excess amounts of fish oil, but a decent amount of fish oil I would
think is fine. Ray Peat seems very biased against PUFAs in general but I
think we require a certain amount of them.
There are long lived peoples around the world that eat a diet rich in fish,
is my understanding, so I can't see how this is the whole story.
I find that sardines or fish oil almost every day help diminish my allergies
quite significantly.
