They took a big hypo of blood, don't know what they did with it...I'll
be going in next week for a full body check-up anyway, I won't forget
to mention this little incident.

I soak my chicken livers and hearts in water to get the blood out, that
seems to reduce the strong flavor. Fry with onions or bacon, steam
really, I turn off the heat before all the water is boiled out. Eat
with mayo and mustard.
