Tom, nobody's laughing at all, no worries. Can you recall any sort of
straining, unusual excercise, different foods during the last week? Has
the weather been different, did you get another mattress on the bed etc?

Clear indication Paleo does you well ;-)
Don't bite my head off but did you ever have have a panic-attack? Are
you under more pressure then normal or is something worrying you? If
there is no clear physical reason it could be a plain ol'
hyperventilation perhaps?

Can be food-related, can be stress definitely. Did you eat beans, maybe
hidden in some food.

Did you have bloodwork done lately as an indicator that Paleo is doing
you harm or well? All the technical stuff others are so well in defining
could reassure you if you are on the right track or not.
Personally I never did any bloodwork because if I feel well it's enough
for me. According to theory my arteries are de-clogging on this diet so
I'm not worried.

Yesterday and today I fell bad, especially today. Thinking back on what
was different it became obvious. Yesterday a snack from the
twilight-zone (cocos candybar with carobe ) and today as well. Yep,
that's me sorted for 24 hours of walking around like a zombie.
So in your case, when you think back, is there even the slightest change
from your daily routine? Foodwise, habits, environment anything.

Frederiek, stay off the sesame-cookies, it's killerfoods ;-)
