According to the USDA Nutrient Database
www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl, 100 g of olive oil contains:
Saturated fat - 13.5 g
Polyunsaturated fat (omega-3) - 0.0 g
Polyunsaturated fat (omega-6) - 8.4 g
Monounsaturated fat - 73.7 g
Cholesterol - 0.0 g

Olive oil also contains 221 mg of phytosterols.
