Restaurant Outing:

Please join us on at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2004, at Don Pablo's
Mexican Restaurant at 2737 W. Memorial Road in Oklahoma City.  It is located
between Penn and May.  Their telephone number is 749-9554.

Please let me know if you plan to attend so that I can give them an accurate
number.  Don Pablo's has their own GF menu.  It will be great food, be lots of
fun and good conversation.

ANNUAL HOLIDAY DINNER

Don't forget to mark your calendars for our Annual Holiday Dinner.  It will
be on November 18, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. (this is the third Tuesday, not the
second) at the Grace United Methodist Church located at 6316 N. Tulsa,
Oklahoma
City.


LOGO CONTEST - We need a logo for our support group.  Every one of all ages
is encouraged and invited to submit a logo for the contest.   Judging will be
at an upcoming meeting.
