Any information with regard to the following questions would be most appreciated!

1. Does anyone know if lidocaine and carbocaine contain gluten? Have any of you experienced severe allergic reactions to injectants during dental procedures? 

2. Is there a link between glaucoma and CD (or perhaps even between elevated intraocular pressure and CD)?
