First of all, congratulations on losing 10lbs!  That's great.  I have the
same problems... armpits swelling occasionally.  When you mentionned the
glands in the neck, did you mean the actual thyroid?  I had problems last
month with my lymph nodes or some other gland at the top part of my neck.
It was really tender and sometimes it hurt to swallow...
