That's interesting.  I'm hypo (Hashimoto) and I'm a nightowl too.  In
fact I suspect that my whole family is hypo and all of us are nightowls.
 Would be very interesting to know what percentage of people with hypo
are nightowls.

learned--when you're tired/sleepy, give in to it and go to bed.  I am
a nightowl and prefer to stay up, but know that I feel better if I go
to bed early when I feel this way.
