Thanks for your tips in avoiding crashes.  I think you have really found
something significant.  I have also noticed that my system seems to crash
once in a while.  I'm not on medication, but sometimes I feel really lousy.
It usually happens during that time of the month or if I'm not sleeping
enough.  At those times, I change my routine just to feel better.  Usually,
I excercise every day, but if I feel really bad, I take a day off to
recuperate.  This seems to help me a lot.
