This is something I had wanted to hear from other people with hypo or
Hashimoto's--there do seem to be times (for no rhyme or reason) that
I go into the "feel like I've been beaten" phases. Had one last
Wed./Thursday and yesterday and today I'm feeling like that--tired,
weak, sleepy, achy. Nothing has changed in my pattern of eating,
sleeping, working, exercise. Think maybe one thing I *have*
learned--when you're tired/sleepy, give in to it and go to bed. I am
a nightowl and prefer to stay up, but know that I feel better if I go
to bed early when I feel this way.
