I can't believe that you too put on inches and weight as you exercise.  Thank
you.  I know that sounds backwards to say thank you but it makes me feel like
I am not alone.  And that I am not crazy!!!!, Because it is happening to
others too.  What Can we do??????  I want to fit back into my 'before'
clothing!

I hope there is someone out there reading this that has overcome this problem
and can help us.   HELP, ANYONE.
