They have a membership and for $25.00 a year you get  their newsletter (The
Bridge), numerous brochures, and reprints of special articles. Referrals to
specialist in your area and contact with chapters and interest groups as well
you get to choose one of the following books:

The Thyroid Gland; A Book for Thyroid Patients Dr. J. Hamburger
Your Thyroid: A Home Reference Drs. L.C. WOod, D.S. Cooper, E.C. Ridgway
