Mary Ann,
I was on Synthroid with a synthetic T3 before I switched to Armour. I
improved on Armour immediately, over the synthetics, but it was not until I
had my adrenals checked that some of my other symptoms began to improve.
 Most of the books I have read indicate that treatment for hypothyroidism can
also unmask a mild adrenal deficiency.  I am curious as to what your symptoms
are. If you would like information about symptoms of mild adrenal deficiency
(cortisol deficiency), I would be happy to email you with some information I
have.
