Cindy, maybe you need a stronger dose.  I noticed a huge difference right
away in the way I felt.  If you haven't noticed anything, maybe you should
consider going stronger.  How long have you been on it?  Also, as someone
else said -- everyone's body is different.  Have faith -- something will
work.

Thanks Karen, I'll try to keep up the faith! I still haven't lost weight, but
I feel "pretty" good - not as great as a little while ago so I hope I'm not
going downhill. I've had a lot of stress and problems to deal with lately, so
it could be that.

What I was wondering is what dosage of Armour do you take? Or - what dose
seems to be the average among any Armour users? Currently, I'm on 90mg.,
which is 1 1/2 grains, I believe. I'd like to know if I should ask for a
larger dose when I see my doctor next in a couple weeks.
