The normal ranges for TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) is 0.5-3.5mU/ml.
If your value was <0.3 that means your TSH was low. This is good. This
is what you want. A high TSH level means you need more thyroid hormone
and your body it trying very hard to stimulate your thyroid gland to
produce more.
If you are on thyroid hormones, this could mean you are taking the right
amount, almost too much.
