One other thought regarding joint pain/stiffness/peripheral neuropathy
problems - many women on the meno list have obtained significant relief
after quitting any products containing aspartame.  I have more info on this
if people want it.  Aspartame is supposed to be particularly problematic
for women who are also on birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy.
