Hi there,
I am glad I am not the only one to try to maintain a regular exercise
schedule. Three years after treatment for Graves disease I am back to
normal TSH, T4 and T3 levels. I vary my dose of levothyroxin during the
week. Mo, We and Fr .2 mcg the other days .175 mcg. In this way I am
able to work almost normal, but long distance running still gives me
some problems. Sometimes I succeed in running once or twice a week then
my condition goes down rapidly. I suffer from a kind of muscle weekness
and I am unable to run for another month.
