Who's going to admit to having an untranquil mind even
though the World is an untranquil mess to live in. What's
a betting thyroid patients put on a brave face and keep all the
silly things in their life bottled up. I am not saying it's through
choice all the time, sometimes it is expected of people to
bottle up their feelings, thoughts and emotions. Maybe
for people with a family tendency to thyroid disease this is
not always good idea? It is also not a good idea to surpress
your feelings when other people upset you. Find a way to let
them know that their conduct is bad for YOUR health, without
being rude of course. Otherwise don't let anyone else thrive off
your health, it's wrong and they are not always aware that they
are doing it.
