For suggestions sake :o) if a doctor were to take the results of a study
done in a country like England on people with borderline thyroid
problems being treated with thyroxin, then they were to take a
study like that of Dr Lowes where patients were being treated with T3
only, that doctor may just discover that they have found the evidence
needed to prove that the hypothyroid end of the thyroid tests may
possibly be wrong. Added to this the strong possibility that some of the
subjects used may not have been conducive to the original study in the
first place.
I think that some of the best research is going on under peoples noses.
The very best researchers would use their heads, and put it all
together to arrive at a plausible reason for a large group of people
who have been found to benefit from thyroid replacement therapy.
As embarrassing as it may be to some of the older doctors, would
it not be better to check the ranges of the tests rather than someones
life be risked using T3 only? All that is going to happen is, that this
treatment ( T3 only) is going to be discredited forever, while it may be
of use to some people.
Where did all these people come from in need of T3, thin air?
