I received a tremendous response for my first query. Here in Summary is foods that come in GF form: MRE's "My Own Meals", They say to add boiling water, but can be eaten straight from the container, and canned spaghetti,  at www.glutenfreepantry.com; Organ Brand Spaghetti; www.wholefoods.com; Trader Joe's, www.traderjoes.com; Brands:  Ener G and Health Valley have Granola Bars, Bumble Bars,  Rice Bars, Tasty Bites Entrees, GF Pretzels (I don't know who makes those); Malto Meals Corn Burst Cereal; Bumble Bars; Aunt Dandice's Bars, Andi Bars, Balance Bars, GF Trail mix, Corn Thins, Almonds with dried cranberries, at Cosco, Stagg Chili, Veg Chili; Alpine Aire and Gluten Solutions Foods,  Vacuumed Packed Fruits & Nuts, Individual fruit sauces, like Motts apple sauce & Dole Pineapple Chunks;  Hormel Brand Vienna Weenie's and Cure 81 Ham, Spam. Canned Chicken at Cosco, Ham Bits, Pepperoni, tuna, salmon, Dinty Moore Stew, Santa Fe black beans, Bush Brand beans; Juice boxes; Peanut Butter, Rice Cakes and Crackers, Vacuum Packed Milk, or Soy Milk, Nutella, Chocolate, Small Cans of  Veggies; and plenty of bottled water.  The important thing is read labels every time, manufacturers are known to change ingredients. Thai Kitchen and Tamarind Tree, a bit spicy though. Thank You All. Jeanne Lee Mesa, AZ
