Subject: 518-20031001148 US AIRWAYS OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS
Dear Mr. Mansbach:
Thank you for your e-mail regarding the change to our meal service. I
appreciate the disappointment you conveyed, and regret any inconveniences
which have resulted.
Please understand, we do not make any changes to our service without a great
deal of study and reflection because we know any change will invariably
inconvenience a number of our passengers. I am sharing your e-mail with the
Director of Dining and Cabin Services for internal review. I can offer no
assurance that this service will be restored, however, I know your comments
will be helpful and certainly appreciated. We have been able to make many
positive changes to our operation as a direct result of passenger feedback.
Mr. Mansbach, thank you for taking the time to write. We appreciate your
patronage and hope to have many opportunities to serve you in the future.
Sincerely,
Rochelle D. Stanley
Bernie Mansbach
