1. Rice Vinegar contains no gluten due to extensive processing of raw
materials. Malt Vinegar, however, should be avoided as it is made from
Barley Malt which is known to contain gluten. All other vinegars, including
Rice, Balsamic, Wine Vinegars, Apple Cider & Distilled contain no gluten.
2. No gluten is used anywhere in making any of our vinegars. Alcohol used by
our company is derived from corn used.
3. Cross Contamination is very highly unlikely. We cannot always guarantee
100% this will not happen, but reasonably certain.
4. See general list above for products that do not contain gluten. I hope
