For your information, the April 2004 issue of Bon Appetit has a
section on " A seder to savor: The traditional Passover meal, with
some exciting new flourishes." (Page 103+) Recipes that are
naturally GF include "Honey-Glazed Lemon Chicken, Braised Baby
Artichokes with Red Peppers and Garlic, Herbed New Potatoes,
flourless Chocolate-Orange Almond Cake, and chocolate-orange sorbet."
I checked the website and these recipes are not there yet--only
recipes from older issues. They do have other flourless chocolate
cake recipes in the recipe data base. http://www.bonappetit.com
You need to buy the magazine, or look for it in local libraries, if
you want any of the April recipes.
