I'll be going on a Boy Scout campout this weekend. One of the leaders asked
me if I could help with preparation of a ** gluten-free ** cobbler for
dessert one evening. Does anyone have a good recipe for a GF cobbler that
will work well being baked in a Dutch oven??? It would help if it can be
made sugar free (or reduced sugar) there are 3 diabetics going on this
campout.

My family has worked hard to teach the Scout troop about celiac. I'm
excited that someone has voluntarily offered a GF dessert (so I'll be able
to eat it). It would be great to have a recipe that the "normal" kids would
like

Thank you!
