I am a fledgling cook, in need of a gluten-free cookbook. I was wondering
what people thought of "Gluten-Free 101" by Carol Fenster or "Easy
Gluten-Free Cooking" by Rita Greer. Neither are carried by the bookstores
near me so I will have to order them online, but wanted practical opinions
before I do so. If you have other suggestions for very easy cookbooks,
please let me know.
Thank you so much.
