Medical terms are often confusing (myself included), and I should clarify
the difference between adenoma and adenocarcinoma.  Adenomas are benign
tumors or polyps, which if left untreated can (but not always) progress
into the malignancy, adenocarcinoma.  The following illustrates the

Hence, in the normal progession of adenocarcinoma, duodenal adenomas should
be observed more frequently observed in the endoscopies of diagnosed
celiacs than the Rampertab, Fleischauer, Neugut, Green study showed.
