It's not clear what kind of file you have, but usually the drivers are in
the *.inf file. In most cases, you can right click this file and select
"Install".
If you have an exe file, just open it and the install should proceed from
there.

we recently installed a lucent v92 modem into our pc
without a disk. we downloaded from driver guide the
installation on floppy but when we put it into our pc
it reconizes the disk but we can not seem to open it
to activate the installation. please,please help!!!!!!!
