I haven't read all of this thread (time constraints) but I will say this:
the less regulation, the better.  Leave it to me, please.  It's the #@%&$ US
government that invented the Food Pyramid.  THEY'RE the ones who keep
telling us to eat less fat and, thus, more carbs.  The thought of "sin
taxes" disgusts me; much of what we eat is considered unhealthy and, thus,
more taxable.

I agree - leave us alone.  In our case, we know more than "they" do!
