thanks, i'll see if i can get to it. before backing up
to 5.0, i tried microsoft's auto fix on it. i did not
even know they had that until this afternoon. it
changed nothing.  maybe oil change can find it. i'll
let you know. i think i'll wait until tomarrow. i need
to give my fried brain a break.
