Well then it evens out, doesn't it? :-p

I'm fairly middle of the road myself. I used to be quite liberal, then started
living and working in the real world and started paying taxes, etc., and saw
too many examples of waste in social welfare programs and too many people on
welfare who should've never been there in the first place.  And I've found
that I don't agree with government regulation of business.

However I do think that the attempt to move social welfare programs to the
chuches is a huge mistake, as religious charities are already way
overburdened and can't handle much more.  I also agree with the separation of
Church and State, and feel Bush is dangerously close to crossing that line.

The arrogance and disregard for the folks with lesser incomes shown by Bush
and his team appals me.
