Ken,

       Randall's remark doesn't surpise me. He and other pols say whatever
they want to after checking the way the political breezes are blowing. Now, the
House Ways and Means commitee members are hurling profanities at one another!
Will Rogers once said "We have the best Congress money can buy." Will was
wrong with these guys. We must have gone to some down and out salvage surplus for
this bunch!
