True, but it is usable all though not as many features.  This is something
you will want to consider though when you switch browsers. There are some
things that ie is just good for. To my understanding they are still adding
features to this browser.

Let me correct myself I was speaking of mazilla and firefox is a diritive of
mazilla.

Mazilla has msaa access all though not quite as many features yet as ie.

I would like to inform the uninformed that disability and technology access
leaders share the consensus that Firefox is generally considered
inaccessible to screen readers.  It does not offer the level of access and
usability that Internet Explorer currently offers the blind.
