I've been asked to research web services; .net, and e-business.  It
appears work may be available in all three areas in the coming fiscal
year.  What kind of tools for doing programming for this kind of work are
available and what's their actual accessibility status?  There may be a
little training money available this fiscal year and all of us are being
asked to provide a training wish list.
