Hi, Trish, that was me who got on her high horse, not Mag. I got on the high horse because 1) Bobby's son should put his dad up somewhere nice if he wants his dad to come see him and I don't see putting your parents up in a campground unless you're camping with them. 2) Charlotte's a biggish city and there are lots of hotels and motels to choose from; it's not a place with a campground nearby.

Geez, I didn't mean to upset you. I was looking for a happy medium. You
are right of course, the son should make sure his father has everything
possible to make his visit comfortable. Or go and see him. I was viewing the
things the all wrong - life being finite and all - and where you shower as
secondary to seeing to the ones you love. My mistake.

campground community bath when there are perfectly nice hotels or motels his son
could pay for? He shouldn't have to go camp out.

it's got just about everything NYC has except the crowds. Bobby doesn't have
to camp.

his dad up for a few days at a Motel 6 if nothing better.
