You may have gotten the info below from Mag or someone else here.
If not, try this:
Call the Regional Center office in Campbell.
408-374-9960

Tell them you would like your daughter evaluated for services.  At
that point, you'll probably speak with an intake person.  They
should be able to assist you from there.  Please let me know what
happens.
