I haven't been following closely, so I don't know what you want to do
here.  Once they had me try to replace the wheels on my walker with skis
so it was easier to pull.  You could do the same thing especially
because of the sand.  I haven't ever seen a wheel yet that doesn't
collect sand and dust.

Joy, have you ever tried one of those beach chairs?  They have big
plastic
wheels that don't get stuck in sand.
