Beth,

If you have specific exercises you know of that I can be doing on the horse,
please pass them along.  They currently have me doing some stretching
leaning and reaching toward the ears and back to the tail then side to side
to my toes.  Also they have me stand up tall in the stirrups and twist at
the waist side to side with my arms outstretched to stretch my hips.
