how does 25,000 vs. 23,000 equal a 7,000 difference? It's only a 2,000
difference, unless you are thinking living in Arizona will be cheaper than
Illinois?
There are tons of scholarships available. Take a look at Peterson's.Com they
may have info on scholarships. Also take a look at Freddie Mae - that is
the got program.
How old are you BTW? At age 25 you aren't considered a dependent anymore and
you would be able to get more funding from voc rehab. That at least, is what I
think it is. Or, you could move to Illinois and establish residency, and
then it would not be an out of state fee.
