       Joy,

       Have fun on the new job. I spent one year with the Council of
Exceptional Children. Two of my lunch buddies were "govermant laison" (lobbyists)
people with CEC.I would catch a cab to the Hill every so often. We were
working on the predecessor of PL 94-142. I couldn't cut the politics, but my
buddies stayed on and made for good connections in DC.
