in the international ecconomy this would not work,
becouse if say a german company came up with a drug
discovery, then they would want to sell it as many
places as they could. the drug companies are not here
only. drug companies are in lots of countries and on
top of that they have subsideraries everywhere. it is
not only u.s. companies that charge the big prises.
