Kat: re names... Yes, we are sloppy as a nation. Hell, people mispronounce
Tamar all the time too ... but the president has the means by which to learn
or have names spelled phonically on the TelePrompTer. He simply does not
care.  Anything like names is as important to foreign affairs as not picking
one's nose in public. sigh....
