Hi, All

I'll be traveling to Puerto Rico at the end of the year. The diet that works best for me is not only GF, but very low starch, no fermented products, and little to no fruit. The GF part would not seem to be a problem in PR, as so much seems to be rice based. But as you see, I have other dietary issues as well.

I'd appreciate any input from people who have traveled to or live in PR as to availability of simply-prepared meals comprised essentially of eggs, meat, fish, and veggies. Any other dietary tips or recommendations for specific hotels, B&B's, or restaurants would be appreciated. We plan to fly into San Juan, but then cover as much of the island as possible in 9 days, so information on *any* section of PR or Vieques would be wonderful.

If others express interest in having this information, I will gladly summarize.

Thanks!

Latimer
