I am wondering if anyone has ever substituted Lundberg Farms Rice Drink with
some vinegar added to it in place of Buttermilk when baking. I have
successfully substituted Lactaid Milk with vinegar for Buttermilk before, but have not
tried it with Rice Drink yet. I don't want to waste all of the ingredients
experimenting if someone else has already tried it. I will summarize and
responses received.
