I was having bad reactions when I ate gluten free waffles. The only
thing I could think of was the syrup. Since I'm type one diabetic also I
used "Vermont Sugar Free" syrup by Maple Grove Farms of Vermont. I
received the following list of gluten free products that they make. I
guess I have my answer.
