Hi Jeff and All,
Our agency spent a lot of dough writing Jaws scripts for PeopleSoft a couple
of year ago. We tried to convince them to make their product accessible from
the ground up, but I fear that won't happen until one of the national
organizations sues them, or the government is prevented from purchasing
PeopleSoft products. The government is violating Section 508 of the Rehab
Act by purchasing a product that is inaccessible.

I know the California State University System has this issue on their radar
screen. There have been a number of us in the CSU who have been calling
attention to this issue for a few years now. I just wanted to let you know
you aren't alone with regard to this matter.
