We must be very careful when we eat out at Out Back. Insist that you
order from the GF menu & don't trust the restaurant employees to know
what their talking about. The first time I ate there, the restaurant
manager assured me that ALL their meats were GF and that they were
seasoned with a GF, 17 herb & spice mix. So I enjoyed a delicious
seasoned meat dish. I got very sick, but thought it must have been a
coincidence, after all, it was a GF meal, right? The next time I went
there, I asked for the GF menu. I recieved a computer print out menu.
On the menu, it clearly stated that the herb & spice mix is NOT GF. So I
ordered according to the instructions on the menu and did NOT get sick.
I've eaten there many times since. Most recently the wait staff there
told me that the herb & spice mix is GF. I had to correct her & ordered
my meat unseasoned. ~Valerie in Tacoma, WA
